The water slide decals are my favorite. They curve to the nail better. Lay flatter, and layer nicely. Non-transparent ones are hard to come by though. I find that if I lay them on and use two coats of top coat that they stay on fine.

thank you claudia, i was wondering if you had a spicial way of prep the nails before you use the decals also do you use a basecoat then put the decal how do you do it

Depends on what I am doing to the nails anyway. If it is going over the plain nail, then yes; a basecoat first. If it is going over polish, I like to let the polish dry to the touch first, then lay the decal down and allow it to dry in place then top coat. If I am putting it in gel, I put it in a very thin layer of uncured clear gel and cure in place before topcoating. Same way with acrylic.
