How to Get a Big Tip From a Nail Client

Hello nail techs,

Sometimes getting a good tip could make a nail tech day. A tip is normally given when the services that were perform were exceptionally satisfactory to the client. A good service alone will get you a good tip, but here is a list of other things that you could do to improve your chance of getting a bigger tip.

1.Help carry the hand bag for the client to the car, if the client polish is still wet.

2.After putting on the acrylic fullset, take a couple of minute to give the client a short hand message.

3.Offer the client a  bottle of water on a hot day.

4.While the client is waiting for polish to dry, give her a small shoulder message.

5. Get the client car key out of the purse, don't let the client dig into the hand bag and mess up the nail polish.
