Nail problems
My girlfriend recently started getting her nails done with an acrylic bottom and gel overlay. But since she started doing this the top of the nail starts to wrinkle and creates ridges in the nails.does anybody know why? She has tried a few different salons and it happens every time

Wrinkles in the gel overlay? Ask for two thin coats instead of one thick coat. Some gels cure from the surface inward (non-sticky gels) and some from the inside out (sticky gels). The surface is curing fastest. Sometimes if the application is too thick you will also get tiny 'points' forming and curing on the surface as the products oozes through time holes in the surface and feels like sand or file grit. Again go with a thinner application of gel.
