Please can anyone help me. I finished school in November and am now in a salon everyone wants gel overlays and I know how to do them but for what ever reason I have done 3 in a row and they all have come off the next day. I use NSI, These are the steps I did

  1. take shine off nail
  2. put on dehidrator
  3. put on bonder
  4. put on gel
  5. cure
  6. put on finisher gel
  7. cure
  8. whipe off tacky layer
  9. file sides and cuticle area
  10. buff
  11. polish
  12. uv gel top coat
  13. cure
  14. done

please tell me what i'm doing wrong. When i went back and redid one of the ladies the nail stayed on it's been a month and have since did a fill-in on her and i did everything the same "go figure". any tips will help i don't want my clients to leave me when the word gets out that my work is shabby, when i know that its not.

u always need to make sure u stay away from skin contact. and always make sure that u remove ALL shine! maybe try a different bonder? tuffenuffnail has a great one! and thier gel is a no wipe gel.
thanks but i did remove the shine i went over the nail with my drill and i even used my drill to go around the nail to make sure their was no product on the skin at the end. but i was thinking the same thing about the bonder.
