Eco sog and nail art

Hi..I've just started using eco sog and am not too sure what to do after I have applied my second coat of color.  Do I cure and wipe off the sticky and continue with my nail art...adding rhinestones,glitter and flowers and then put the eco gel top coat over this or do I use a regular top coat?  I don't want to add any more extra work than necessary to remove this.  Thanks in advance and I'm happy to be a part of this group.
