some folks are too selfish to help. I've encountered so many who feel as if you're going to outdo them, so they stay tight lipped. I had someone tell me that I'm telling too much, really? I think that if you ask someone where you got a specific product , you should tell. I think the companies made if for all of us...I shake my head at the attitudes of some. We do have to come together, this industry is suffering and we can fix it TOGETHER.

I agree 100% with what you are saying I think it's rediculous how selfish some nail techs can be I mean come on we are all doing the same thing which is providing our clients with outstanding nail services and letting are creativity run wild. Just because you tell another nail tech what products you use doesnt mean shes going to run off and copy your idea because thats not the case each of us have our own ideas and creativity. So why not stop being selfish and help one another. I use to work in a solon where the owner did this same exact thing and I thought it was beyond stupid that she wouldnt share info on the products she used with her employees I ended up quitting because I felt I could no longer be part of her staff, I love working on a team and sharing ideas but in this case I would rather work alone.

I agree too. As a beginner I need all the help I can get but I have found some people very unwilling to help.
