It depends on who makes it. China Glaze, for example, has "Matte Magic." That's the one I use, and it's really nice. : )

sallys here does carry the top coat for the matte finish polish i think it might be by orly but dont hold me to that

Hi Sandy, I can honestly say I have not seen a matte finish top coat
in the local stores. However, try the drug stores, I'll bet you'll find one there, like Walgreens', Sav-Ons, Right-Aid, CVS...
