Short nails

I actually like having short nails and long ones as well. I usually wait about a month or so to grow out my nails but then since they are so weak, they chip, bend a certain way which makes my nail polish chip and only lasts for a couple days. So short nails is kinda the way to be for me!

I'm new here and this was the first topic I saw. I've had short nails my whole life, I love it! I'm a student, a wife, I work and I work on cars, so having short nails is the most convenient thing for me!

I have a short nails and I thought I can't grow it long due to my work. One day I started putting polish on it and a few dots, I so loved it and came to realize having a short nail isn't bad at all...

Now I'm so inlove with short nail designs.

I have a very busy life and am hard on my hands, especially when cooking and cleaning!  Plus I type all day.... and also because when I wash my face and put creme by my eyes, I don't want to poke myself in the eye.  Those are reasons I love my short nails.  Anyway, my nails are too weak to grow long anyway, so I have had to learn to love them.  :)

I started wearing acrylic tips when I was in 7th grade. I wore them for a majority of the time until I was 23. It wasn't until recently that my nails have gotten strength and have been able to grown on their own. I keep my nails short because they suit me and my needs better. It feels so good to not have to pay 60+ dollars a month to keep them up and they look and feel so much more sophisticated with every color! I love my nails!
