The pink I got it at walmart for 1 dollar it looks really nice I loved
it on my toe nnails and finger nails but it comes off quick on your
fingernails.
The blue I got it in LA randomly from some lady that was sellig them. U
can go to there website and buy some from there they have nice colors I
just don't know about the price..
The way u do it is by picking them w a dotting tool or what I did is use
a safety pin. N place them 1 by 1 on my nails..or grab a bunch of them
at once n go on from there. Don't forget your top clear coat at the
end.:)
