But i am a beginner. I'm not sure show to do "advanced" stuff like this. Would you mind giving me some advice and a list of supplies i would need?

Hi thank you so much for sweet comment, I make the roses and all 3d by hand.  I'm not a nail tech so I learned to do the roses the best way I could :P and I do have a youtube tutorial where I show how I make this type of rose. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-Dpfs8FtYo hope it helps :).
